Dropship Information, Terms and Conditions
Drop Shipping from Voyagers Dream (we are not a shopify store)
To start drop shipping, please take any pictures and descriptions from our website and post them on your website, Facebook group, Instagram or anywhere else you choose to sell. (Please note selling on Amazon is NOT allowed). Most all of our products are ALWAYS in stock because we produce in-house upon order and never run out.
When someone places an order from you, you can then order the item from us. Go to Voyagers Dream and log in and add the item(s) to the cart like you’d normally do. We no longer have a minimum order amount so you can now check out with as little as one item in your cart. When you check out, you must put YOUR CUSTOMERS ADDRESS in the SHIP TO field. You will have to change this each time you place an order for a new customer.
***You will also need to add a note in the “NOTES” section during checkout that says: “DROP SHIP”. By putting these notes in, we will blind ship the package and not include an invoice in the box.
* We do not take responsibility for addresses and/or customer information that is incorrect
* You may only put ONE customer per order. If you need multiple products shipped to multiple customers you must place separate orders.
Be sure to charge your customer shipping since we must charge you shipping. You can expect to pay $4 for First Class shipping for 1-3 item(s) from Dallas, TX to your customer.
We do not accept any returns on non-damaged items. If you or your customer receives a damaged item, please email us the order # as well as a picture of the damaged item within 48 hours of receipt to marcie@voyagersdreamjewelry.com. If a replacement is available, it will be sent out to the original shipping address. If a replacement is not available, we will refund the cost of the item to the original payment method on the order.
Be sure to check out our website for updates on new items. We typically add new items every few weeks.
All drop ship orders are typically shipped within 1-3 business days. If for some reason an item is out of stock we will notify you within 24 hours so you can notify your customer.
